APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Booking appointments 7 – 10 days in advance is recommended – helping to ensure that you will receive your desired treatment as close to your preferred time/date as possible.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in procedure. Our spa is located at Farmhouse 1868. *Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time.
Please remove jewelry prior to treatment. During treatment, you will be professionally draped at all times. Note: Please shower before entering the pool or hot tub amenities at Oak Lodge.
SPA POLICIES
All Spa Appointments require a 6 hour cancellation notice. Less than 6 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee per person. A no-show or late arrival will result in a full charge.
If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please inform us when booking your services. A handwritten doctor’s consent is required for any serious medical conditions or if pregnant.
Gratuity may be paid directly to your therapist or added to your bill following your service.
